u4gm How to Finish Safe Harbor in Arc Raiders

  • Safe Harbor in Arc Raiders sounds harmless until you realise the whole thing has to be done in one raid. No partial credit, no “I'll come back later.” If you leave early or get dropped before handing in the key item, the run's gone and you're doing it again. Treat it like a proper job, not a casual loot lap. Bring meds, enough ammo, and if you're short on crafting stock, knowing where to get ARC Raiders Uncommon Material can help you prepare before you risk a sweaty Riven Tides drop.

    Start at Hotel Panorama Azzurro

Your first target is Hotel Panorama Azzurro, sitting on the western side of Riven Tides. It's huge, so finding it isn't the problem. Staying alive inside it is. The place pulls in other Raiders, and ARC units can make the upper floors miserable if you take the wrong route. Don't waste time marching up every stairwell unless you have to. Ziplines and elevator shafts are usually safer, quicker, and a lot less likely to trap you in a bad corner with something chewing through your shields.

Find the sketch in the restaurant

Once you reach the restaurant level near the top, slow down for a moment. You're not hunting a normal crate or a glowing quest box. The clue is a rough sketch on a wall, usually around the kitchen or back-bar area. It shows a tennis racket, a sign, and a bench. Easy to miss if you're sprinting through rooms with your eyes glued to loot shelves. Walk up to it, wait for the photo prompt, and take the shot. That's the trigger that moves the quest on.

Move fast toward the Tennis Court

After the photo, don't get greedy. The hotel is a bad place to linger, especially once gunfire starts echoing through the floors. Head south toward the Tennis Court point of interest. The route has open stretches, so use cover when you can and don't run in a straight line for too long. At the courts, check the northwestern edge by the perimeter fence. You're looking for the bench from the drawing. Near it, there should be disturbed dirt with a small shovel sticking out. Interact with that dig spot and you'll pick up the Precision Gimbal.

    Protect the Precision Gimbal

The smartest move is to bring an augment with a Safe Pocket. The second the Precision Gimbal lands in your inventory, put it there. Seriously, don't wait. Extraction on Riven Tides can turn ugly in seconds, and losing the item because you got careless feels awful. If you like keeping extra resources ready between raids, sites such as U4GM are often used by players looking for game currency or items, but in this quest your own planning matters most. Once the gimbal is secure, take the nearest extraction lift, return to Tian Wen, and hand it over for rewards like a Surge Coil, Heavy Gun Parts, and a Horizontal Grip.
